At Irish Pressings we realise that as technology changes so too do the processes we use to meet the needs of our customers and in order to remain up to date with the latest developments we invest in training for our staff.
It is our employees who will be the driving force behind moving the company forward and to help them attain the goals and objectives of Irish Pressings we invest in their development.
As new machinery is added to our ever-increasing list of plant further training is required to help employees learn more about the new equipment.
We use the latest in new 3D CAD/CAM software to allow us to reduce the design time in tooling and offer customer a better and faster process. Employees have been trained to the highest standard in the use of this software and the customer in the long-term will feel the benefits of this employee development.
Our employee competencies are continually being added to through training and development programs and this is a continued commitment of Irish Pressings. A number of our employees have won various awards in their specialised fields and these are achievements of which we are very proud.
